Your own OS, with an AI sales team built in.
We build a private operating system around how your company works. Every weekday its AI sales team finds companies that fit, watches for signals and drafts the emails. You approve what goes out, and one email each morning tells you what changed.

An AI sales team that works every weekday.
It researches the companies that fit your ideal customer, adds them to your OS with their sources, and drafts the first email in your voice. Then it waits for you.
Researches
Looks for companies that fit your ideal customer, in public sources and the tools you connect.
Adds them, with sources
Accounts and the right people arrive in your OS on their own, each fact with where it came from.
Scores fit and signals
Ranks each account by fit, buying signals and potential, using the weights you set.
Drafts in your voice
Writes the first email or the follow-up, with a short note on why this person and why now.
Waits for you
You approve, change or send back each message. Approved emails go out from your own domain.

The rules it works by
- Nothing is sent until a person approves it.
- Public sources and tools you connect only, never private LinkedIn data.
- A contact detail is marked verified only once it has been checked.
- Your suppression list is respected on every message.
Signals, and one email every morning.
Your OS watches for the moments that matter, outside your company and inside it. Every weekday morning it sends one email, designed in your brand, with what changed and what needs you.

- A number off target
Every signal shows its source and the move made about it. The email comes at the time you choose, and each person sees only what they can see in your OS.

Built around how your company works.
You tell us how your company runs, in your own words. They become your OS: what you track, your words for where things stand, the rules, and the numbers you steer by. The AI sales team works from the same words.

Routines you switch on. Tools you already use.
Routines take care of the follow-ups, reminders and reports, and none of them runs until you switch it on. Integrations connect your OS to your email, your website, Slack and the rest of your tools.
- When a new signal comes inthen draft a first email for approval
- When a deal has had no next step for three daysthen remind its owner
- When someone fills in your website formthen add the company and the person, and draft a reply
- When a pilot endsthen create a decision task, due in a week
- When it's Friday afternoonthen email the week's numbers to the founders
Email from your domain
Approved emails go out from your own address, so replies come straight back to you.

Every enquiry lands in your inbound, with the company and the person added.
Slack
Signals and drafts waiting for approval, posted to the channel you choose.
Webhooks
Events sent to Zapier, Make or n8n, and from there to the rest of your tools.
Your own Claude key

Spreadsheets
Accounts and contacts in from CSV files, and everything out whenever you want it.
How your OS gets built.
You describe your company once. We do the building, and you only take it over when every part is in place.
- Step 1
Tell us how you work
Send a short request. We follow up with a conversation and a written intake: what you sell, who you sell to, what you track, your words for where things stand, and what must never happen.
An eight-part intake - Step 2
We build it in depth
We research your company and build every part: record types, status words and their rules, pipeline, numbers and targets, templates, routines, your ideal customer, the signals to watch and the AI's rules.
Depth check: 17 of 17 passed - Step 3
It becomes yours
You accept the handover with your own sign-in. In that same moment the OS is yours, and our build access ends.
Build access removed at handover - Step 4
Help only when you ask
Give our team access for an hour or up to two weeks, view only or view and fix. Every session is in your audit log, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Support: view only, 2 hours
See it with a sample company.
These are real screens from the product, filled with two invented companies: a SaaS startup and a founders' summit.
What matters today, counted from your records: where things stand, what has to land, and what needs you.

Speakers, pilots, engagements, candidates: whatever you run on, with your own fields and five ways to see them.

Deals in your own stages, each with a value, a next step and a date. A deal without a value never counts as zero.

Actuals, estimates and targets, each dated and sourced. A number nobody has recorded says so.

Answers from your records, each claim marked recorded, assumption or recommendation. It proposes tasks; you decide.

Everything waiting to go out in your company's name, with why it was written and where the signal came from. Owners and admins decide.

Every change by a person, the AI, a routine or our support team, recorded by the database. Nobody can edit it.

Built to tell you the truth.
An OS is only useful if you can trust what it says. These rules hold everywhere in it.
A zero means zero.
Counts come from your records, so an empty column is a real zero, never a placeholder.
Not recorded is not zero.
A figure nobody has entered says “Not recorded”. It never quietly becomes 0.
Every number says what it is.
Actual, estimate or target, with its date and where it came from.
AI prepares. People decide.
The AI researches, drafts emails and proposes tasks. Nothing is sent, posted or changed in your name until a person approves it.
Visible only to your people.
Each company's OS is walled off by the database itself, not by hiding things on the screen. We test that wall with every change we make.
- Your AI sales team works only for your company. It uses public sources and the tools you connect, and everything it adds shows where it came from.
- Your email and AI keys are kept in an encrypted vault and used only by the server, for your company. No screen shows them again.
- Every change is recorded with who made it: a person, the AI, a routine or our support team.
- Owners can export everything at any time. Deleting your OS deletes all of it.
| Your owners and admins | Everything, including finance and confidential record types. |
|---|---|
| Your members | Your records. Finance and confidential types only if you allow it, person by person. |
| Your viewers | Read only. |
| Our team | Nothing, unless you give a named person access for a time you choose. Every session appears in your audit log. |
| Other companies on Operating System | Never. |

What does the AI sales team do?
Every weekday it looks for companies that fit your ideal customer, in public sources and the tools you connect. It adds those companies and the right people to your OS, each fact with where it came from, scores them by fit and signals, and drafts a first email or a follow-up in your voice, with a note on why this person and why now. Then it waits for you.
Does anything go out without me?
No. Every email the AI sales team writes is a draft until a person approves it, and an approved email goes out from your own domain. The AI never sends, posts or changes anything in your name by itself.
Where do the signals come from?
From public sources such as news, company websites, careers pages and public tender notices, and from inside your OS: a form on your website, a deal or pilot gone quiet, something overdue or unowned, a number off target. Every signal shows its source.
Does it scrape LinkedIn or email bought lists?
No. It never collects private LinkedIn data or works around a platform's rules, and it never emails scraped or bought lists. A contact detail is marked verified only once it has been checked, and your suppression list applies to every message.
What's in the morning email?
The signals since yesterday, the drafts waiting for you, what needs you today, what moved, and your numbers against their targets. It arrives every weekday at the time you choose, designed in your brand, and each person sees only what they can see in your OS.
Who builds my OS?
We do, with AI doing the groundwork. We take your intake, research your company from what you share and what's public, and build every part through a narrow set of builder tools, including your AI sales team's ideal customer, signals and voice. Each step is written into your OS's audit log, and we only hand over once all 17 parts of our depth check pass.
How long does a build take?
It depends on how much your company runs on. After the intake conversation we agree a handover date with you, and we keep you posted until it's done.
Can I change it myself after handover?
Yes. Owners and admins can change record types, status words, the pipeline, numbers, routines and the command centre themselves. If you'd like our help later, you give us access for a time you choose, from an hour to two weeks.
Who can see my company's data?
Only the people you add. Our team has no access unless you give it to a named person for a set time, and every session shows in your audit log. Other businesses on Operating System can never see yours.
Can I bring in what I already have?
Yes. Accounts and contacts come in from CSV files. During the build we bring your other lists into your record types, each item with a note of where it came from.
What if I leave?
Owners can download everything at any time. If you delete your company's OS, everything in it goes, including its audit log.
Tell us how your company works.
A few lines are enough to start. We'll reply by email to set up a conversation.
